• Collaborate with Creative Director and staff to develop creative copy that is on-target, on-brand, motivational and original, and ensure that select concepts/copy are integrated into completed project.
• Create and edit all internal and external communications. Help to establish promotional campaigns inclusive of direct mail, print, e-mail, Web and sales collateral.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of editorial content for company’s websites. Actively research new opportunities to develop strategies for increasing Web and social media traffic as well as online retention and loyalty.
• Identify and report on digital/social media trends. Prepare reports and updates on usage statistic.
• Interface with sales and marketing clients to ascertain market needs, realities and opportunities in order to craft an action plan.
• Research clients’ products/services/positioning to ensure accurate, on-target development for assigned projects.
• Write and edit copy until final to accommodate revisions due to client and legal reviews.
• Assist with all types of writing (e.g., proposals, presentations, scripts, marketing communications plans, online communications, newsletters, etc.) as needed.
