Involved in conducting literature reviews, planning and conducting experiments, processing results and data, attending seminars, preparing daily and weekly reports, presenting and discussing ongoing work and findings to supervisor.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, take customers' orders, assemble the orders, act as cashiers, replenishing supplies and condiments, maintaining inventories and maintain cleanliness in food service areas.
Help compile and maintain employee records for the company, aid with the daily administrative operations of the human resource department and interact with employees and management.
