Responsible for Philips Accessories portfolio products sales on Philips North America and partners’ web portals. Developed new global business and marketing strategy for Philips Accessories division. Increased on-line sales of Philips major accounts. Successfully managed Philips post merger acquisition projects.
·Accomplished placement of Philips Accessories product categories on Philips and partners’ on-line stores increasing the overall division sales by 20%.
·Developed a marketing strategy, placing Philips Accessories portfolio brochure in four million boxes of Philips products, sold at North America retail stores, resulting in 15% sales increase of those products.
·Managed Philips North America’s mutual sales and marketing initiatives with Microsoft, and Skype that promoted Philips audio and VoIP products with their programs.
·Led a project team working with major e-tailers on enhancing and standardizing Philips products web contents to improve customer experience and drive higher sales.
·Instrumental in developing new business on behalf of the Philips Latin American sales team in Mexico that resulted in a new $10 million distribution contract.
·Directed a market research and product development team to determine and launch a European range of the Power Sentry (acquired) products. Also successfully managed the web relocation project of the company to Philips servers.
·Successfully managed and implemented post merger integration projects for the Power Sentry and Digital Lifestyle Outfitters acquisitions, and advised on international sales, marketing strategy and E-commerce.

Responsible for Philips Accessories international sales. Significantly contributed to set-up of the Accessories Sales and Business Management organization structure in Europe.
·Submitted winning proposals and closed sales to major European customers, establishing revenues of $4 and $10 million in the first and second year respectively.
·Managed relationship with a UK distributor, and oversaw increases in customer service and 100% on time product deliveries.
·Received a prestigious Category Manager and Category Captain awards at Wal*Mart International, in the first and second year of business, respectively.
·Initiated and drove business development with Wal*Mart international team in Europe, Asia and Latin America winning and replacing incumbents at ASDA (UK) and Wal*Mart (Germany and Mexico)
·Successfully launched and promoted the Philips Accessories ‘program-based’ sales model in Europe.
