I’ve had the good fortune to work in the legal industry for most of my career.  Many of these positions overlap in experience and skill set.  With this in mind, I’ve decided to summarize my career history under one entry.  This experience has been broken down into two parts – 1) a summary of my experience  and 2) a timeline .

Experience Summary

Supported various legal practice teams ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Management, and Litigation.  Teams consisted of Managing Partners, Partners, Sr. Associates and Paralegals.  Daily task included:  maintaining attorney calendars, screening calls; meeting and greeting clients and outside visitors; acting as liaison between various internal firm departments and external business contacts, vendors and suppliers; daily time and expenses entry; drafted, distributed and finalized monthly billing, coordinated domestic and international travel arrangements, events and conference calls; provide general and unanticipated administrative task; point person for projects and office relocations; transcribing dictation; creating and editing table of contents, table of authorities and indexes; general maintenance of departmental supplies and resource.

  • Streamlined monthly client billing by reducing the number of draft runs and cutting sort time in half.
