Womancon is a women's entrepreneurship media and content company that offers women entrepreneurs the tools, resources, relationship building and inspiration needed to effectively start, grow and thrive as business owners. The annual Womancon conference brings together experts from a variety of relevant disciplines to provide actionable advice to the women’s entrepreneurial community. In addition to monthly live events, including the flagship "Pitch the Media", we have planned and executed three annual conferences. Womancon2016 will be the fourth annual conference, and is planned for October 6, 2016.

Led all marketing activities and 20 person staff who planned and executed large annual events/outings for partners and clients, executive meetings, established award-winning online CPE credit program, communicated and leveraged all internal resources and thought leadership pieces across 400+ NY Metro area priority clients in order to win new business and grow existing client accounts.
Promoted from Director, Account Management for Entertainment/Media. Led team in responding to numerous complex request for bids, conceived of and executed a millennial research project for a large client, saving thousands of dollars and delivering actionable insights and helped to deepen business relationships among existing clients by bringing internal experts and thought leadership to bear for 8-10 Media and Entertainment companies in the NY Metro market.
Led global marketing team for PR Newswire/MultiVu in enhancing customer relationships in a business-to-business sales environment. Developed strategic marketing plan to drive international growth, generate new leads and enter new markets. Created integrated marketing plans, using the latest social media strategies, in support of corporate initiatives. Oversaw small business initiative. Designed primary research plan to gain customer insight and uncover needs to improve customer experience. Managed agency partnerships to drive top-line growth.
