Exceed annual sales quotas as the top account executive for five consecutive years averaging 110% of quota. Overcame challenging CPG account acquisition and expanded into other brands within the organization. Worked with the agency and brand teams to select demographically and psychographically aligned consumer access points. Successfully established our agency as a vendor with one of the largest CPG companies in the world. Secured title sponsorship for millennial targeted event, as part of their refocus on youth marketing. Developed with clients and agencies strategic marketing programs with social and digital outreach. Led brand teams in marketing grassroots executions in accordance with the brand strategy. Led national marketing initiatives focusing on: recruiting, training, asset acquisition, logistics, venue negotiations, program management and client reporting.

Brand Management Certificate (Candidate)

In addition, situational nuances of brand management will be studied for brand launch, brand invigoration/rebranding, and competitive defense. Brand management measurement will be introduced and participants will learn strategies to track brand equity and brand value, track the ability of the organization to implement the brand strategy, and evaluate the ROI of individual marketing investments.
