The program offers participants insights into the strategic nuances of brand management for different types of brands, such as product and corporate, or B2C and B2B. In addition, situational nuances of brand management will be studied for brand launch, brand invigoration/rebranding, and competitive defense. Brand management measurement will be introduced and participants will learn strategies to track brand equity and brand value, track the ability of the organization to implement the brand strategy, and evaluate the ROI of individual marketing investments.
