Founding the Zambezi International Green School. My role was that of CEO/Head of School with the aim of empowering local staff to take over the operations of school by the end of my one year commitment. The school is now fully functional and being run by a local employees with an international flavor. The school is not for profit and exists in order to provide international standard education to the children of Livingstone. The school has a focus on teacher training and development and works on partnership with schools in the poorer and less well resourced parts of the city.

At St. Andrew's I held the position of Head of House as part of the Extended Leadership Team. In this role I was the line manager for ten teachers and the pastoral leader for 170 students(Yr 7-13). My main duties included the teaching of History, Business Studies & Life Skills(All Year groups 7-13); the leadership and management of 10 colleagues; the pastoral leadership of Soche House(170 students); the monitoring and tracking of pupil progress within the House; Professional Development of Pastoral Team; the evaluation of the pastoral system as part of an accreditation process; coordinator of all aspects of House life Interact Club facilitator.
