Event Organizer


Responsible for the annual project , creating a team members and conduct a meeting as well as developping the fundraising campaign. Working closely with the media in order to promote the event. Updating and creating a mailing list . A campaign letter for the donors.

Responsable for any event organised by the UFE all year long. Preparing and presenting the project idea and the budgets , in relation with the embassy to carry all the projects . Working on the all publicity materials to promote the event. Monthly report presentation to the board .

Heading the multi national women across the world to carry the most expected annual event . Creating a strong team members to reach a goal for all the UNWA welfare project toward the country. Implementing a Working plan and a regular meeting in order to make an effective campaign and approaching all the exsisting and futures donors. Preparing all the materials and getting a contact with the medias to promote the event . Ability to handle any problems occured during the preparation. Making a final report and file .
