Residing in Santa Ana, California, Adolfo Quintero serves as the Chief Operating Officer of AGR Group, a global services and technology company that provides solutions and counsel in the oil and gas industries. He oversees daily operations, including production and delivery in the corporate and external offices. Adolfo Quintero facilitates and manages the varying aspects of the company to maximize production and directs proper use of management to ensure best delivery. As COO, he reviews all contractual agreements and ensures the company meets or exceeds all stipulations. He oversees technical and infrastructure needs of the numerous facilities including dialers, work stations, data redundancy, and building maintenance. During his time with AGR, Mr. Quintero increased the call center count by 170 percent and increased efficiency by 30 percent . He also directed two major company moves without any reduction in production and increased profitability of one facility by 50 percent. Involved in employee recruitment and training, he wrote and implemented training curriculum for all centers. Involved with several professional organizations, Adolfo Quintero participates as a member of Citizens Against Government Waste, US Power and Gas, Energy Professional, and National Electrical Manufacturers Association. In his spare time, Adolfo Quintero enjoys flying, golfing, and hunting. He also belongs to the National Rifle Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and Air Transport Association of America. Dedicated to a variety of philanthropic efforts, Adolfo Quintero supports organizations with anti-drug campaigns. He regularly donates to The Way to Happiness campaign, and supports groups dedicated to veteran aid and donates to the Semper Fi Fund and Wounded Warriors Project. He supports organizations aiding disadvantaged youths, including the Association for Better Living Education and Youth for Human Rights. Adolfo Quintero also serves as a volunteer Minister of disaster relief and works with the American Red Cross.
