Maximize the sale of CTS products & solutions. Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote CTS products & solution and achieve sales revenue for Punjab and KPK territory.
- Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- To secure, nurture and improve Services revenue and profitability at existing accounts through deployment of new Service Contract and Product offerings, and through effective exploitation of different opportunities at different stages of the customer and Equipment lifecycle.
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customers’ needs and transform opportunities to orders.
- Preparation of total solution offer and subsequent activities to full sales transaction.
- Report sales activities timely and accurately in PSM.
- Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
- Cooperate with customers, collect customers’ needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customers with values.
- Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a single point contact for all customers’ matter.
- Effectively manage and control all operations involved in customer query till execution and follow-up.
- To provide intelligence on competitor OEM and 3rd Party Service Activity and Service Sales Management to enable development of new service offerings based on improved understanding of customer needs and market trends.
