I'm leading UX for software in the translation supply ecosystem that helps over 200K users increase productivity & quality of their work. I facilitate creative workshops and collaborate with product departments to definite innovative solutions and test assumptions through user research. I prototype, create interaction & visual designs, conduct usability testing, perform iterative reviews of the implemented interfaces, with multiple development teams following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). I'm also a passionate contributor to our design community, striving to grow a mature design thinking culture in my entire organization.

Designed lo-fi wireframes and hi-fi prototypes, then collaborated iteratively with various agile teams for the implementation of numerous user experiences for mobile, web & desktop products and services, shipped either in the cloud or on-premise, for both B2C and B2B audiences: Language Cloud, Translation Toolkit, FreeTranslations, Managed Translations, Trados Studio, Trados GroupShare, MultiTerm and Passolo.

Small Footprint is an American-Romanian agency offering agile solutions for customers in the United States. I was defining the brief by collaborating with the clients & the Project Managers; I was prototyping & creating design mockups for integrated web & mobile applications, designing UI guidelines, doing iterative client validation, I was developing responsive XHTML websites and also researching and educating colleagues on emerging innovations in the digital design area.

Wirtek is a Danish-Romanian software company. I was in charge of the UX of a medical application for hospitals in Europe, which helps doctors monitor and intervene for patients with chronic diseases. I was analysing and designing visual interfaces, creating UI guidelines based on findings from interviewing physicians,  I was also collaborating with the Chief Engineer to define the functionalities and interactions, I was developing the XHTML code and also training junior designers and interns.

Arxia is a Romanian agency with a strong TYPO3 community, that helps clients build a digital presence through websites and portals that are both beautiful and usable. I was managing the Romanian and Dutch clients of the agency, negotiating contracts and recommending web strategies for my clients based on target market insights, I was coordinating a team of 6 developers, estimating deadlines for projects or tasks. I was also doing some XHTML & Flash programming at times.

Sysplax was a small start-up offering IT services to the local market in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. I started working here during my studies. I was responsible for the website creation division, managing customer relations and feedback, I was doing creative design for local websites, logo design and copywriting, photo editing,  XHTML & Flash programming.
