Design and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy for the region to deliver growth by identifying and targeting new customers as well as maximizing existing customer's relationships across all customer segments. Ensure all marketing communications collateral and brand exposure are in line with Turkish Airlines Guidelines. Plan and carry out all marketing campaigns whilst maintaining accurate records of budget expenditure being a significant contributor to the overall business strategy. Responsible for driving quality interest and customers to all distribution channels utilizing the full marketing mix available. Manage all external marketing and PR agencies. Effectively manage internal and external events and exhibitions as well as attending out of hours events where needed. Preparing marketing and sales reports for the travel agencies Effectively communicate and present products and services to corporate accounts, retail travel management companies and other selected travel trade partners in the assigned territory. Develop a strategic and tactical sales plan to meet and then exceed established sales goals and analyse and interpret booking and revenue data to maximize revenues and identify new opportunities. Generate passenger revenues, surpassing the allocated targets, protecting existing business and constantly exploits new opportunities whilst creating maximum awareness of Turkish Airlines products and services.
