I am currently a student enrolled at the University of Alabama, majoring in Athletic Training.
Educate camp attending athletes about the importance of staying hydrated and the purpose of each Gatorade product.
I was a referee for Intramural Soccer at the University of Alabama last fall, and am currently an Event Assistant. This position is a level higher than referee; we are in charge of scoreboards, checking teams in, maintaining ordinance, and handling equipment.
I was a Student Assistant for the College of Continuing Studies, recording classes for distance students and completing office work. While I am not working there this semester due to a heavy workload, I may return.
I performed duties such as customer service, cleaning, and running the cash register.
In the years following graduation, I intend to attend a Physician Assistant Graduate Program so that I may pursue a career as a Surgical Physician Assistant or an Orthopedic Physician Assistant. I also intend to keep up my Athletic Training credentials so that I may work in this field if desired.
Included in my portfolio:
I hope to be able to achieve a 3.9 GPA and graduate in the spring of 2015 with a degree in Athletic Training and become a certified Athletic Trainer.
