Summer Youth Employment Coordinator
Basically this job performs personnel actions such as hiring and handles terminations. The Coordinator will assign roughly 45 job positions for youth between the ages of 14 to 19. The Coordinator also processes payroll to compensate the employees. Creating and implementing educational events for the youth to engage in seeking future careers and healthy lifestyles. I have had this job for the past four consecutive summers.
