Davidson Enterprises Inc

Oversee repair operations for a liquid transportation manufacturer. Designed ASME Pressure Vessels for use in compressed air applications. Manage a certified DOT Inspection and ASME "U" and "R" stamp approved facility.  Direct supervisor for repair/service employees, leading repair and fabrication operations.  Conducted regular performance reviews to build a more efficient team.  Developed and maintain a safety program that complies with OSHA regulations.  Developed and maintain EPA records for hazardous waster collection and disposal.  Regularly analyzed financial reports to monitor the overall performance of the repair department. Assumed role of parts manager, controlling inventory and purchasing of material.
