Teacher:

  • Taught Math, Science (grades 6-9) and Physical Education (grades 2-9)
  • Developed and taught complimentary courses (grades 7-9).
  • Implemented 1:1 Chromebooks in junior high (2013-2015).
  • Created year long student passion projects that focus on developing problem solving and critical thinking skills (2014-2015).
  • Acted as the lead junior high Math and Science teacher (2009-2015).
  • Worked with students and parents to organize and host the Grade 9 Farewell celebration (2009-2015).

  • Won 3 CWAJHAA and 5 Wolf Creek league championships as a basketball coach (2009-2015).
  • Commissioner of the basketball league. Duties included: building the schedule, organizing playoffs, working with officials association and ordering medals and trophies (2013-2015).
  • Referee for school volleyball and basketball (2009-2015).
  • Organized and carried out the athletics bottle drive to supplement costs for families (2009-2015).
  • Completed National Coaching Certification Program - Learn to Train for basketball (2014).
  • Developed and implemented a Grade 4-6 "Mini-Hoops" program to engage younger students in extra-curricular activities (2010).
