Leading the production activities of Australia's largest spring maker. With a manufacturing floor space of 7000sqm and over 80 production staff, Marsh produce 15000 custom made jobs each year using JIT methodology and supply a wide diversity of products to hundreds of Australian and overseas manufacturers. Introducing Lean and 5S has seen improvements in operations and capacity as well as cultural change with teams adopting improvements and leading change.
