Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyse, monitor and review sales activities by unit and assist in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Worked with marketing & sales departments to develop new products and promote existing products
- Worked with marketing and sales to strengthen the brand and its visibility in the market place
- Worked with the personal and business banking sales teams to market and promote the sale of products to customers within designated categories.
- Develop new banking products, business propositions to deliver growth and maintenance of the products, portfolio.
- Developed and revise rates and charges for bank’s products and services.
- Review and propose pricing strategies for products within category.
- Review and develop products and services price list.
- Recruit new customers and retain existing customers for the allocated product/service range.
- Obtain customer feedback and identify needs.
- Provide product training for customers and sales teams.
- Develop and maintain product information communicated externally.
