Achievements

·At KCB, with coordinated efforts, we created a home mortgage financing product

·Also at KCB, I revised the interest offered on one of the savings account, resulting in a lowering of interest expense while still maintaining rates that are competitive in the market.

·Again at KCB, I applied a volume based strategy when I revised the opening and operating balance for one of the savings accounts to target the lower income market segment in order to allow the bank to get a share of these cheaper but numerous deposits.

·With the insurance team at Resolve Corporation we were able to increase processing volume by 15% by implementing some new attractive incentives.

·Likewise, with my team at AT&T Telecom we were able to increase sales volume by 22% via implementing appropriate incentives.
