  • Company Commander (Senior Manager) in charge of 125 personnel and $60 Million in equipment/material inventory.   Manage strategic planning and considerations, risk assessment, logistical operations, administrative considerations, and budget for monthly/yearly training evolution's.  
  • By fostering team building, providing guidance, and ensure positive health and well-being of Marines under my command, I have been able to reduce the number of personnel absent from work (drill) per month from 25% down to 0 % for FY 15.  This percentage has been sustained over the past 12 month. 
  • In a four year time period, able to increase retention within the company from 60 permanent personnel in 2011 up to 125 personnel in 2015.

  • 2009-2011 -Task/Training Analyst in charge of managing the curriculum development, training standards, strategic near and mid-term planning for the Assault Amphibian Vehicle, Tank, and Light Armored Reconnaissance communities.

    -In 2010, selected to train with and conduct analysis in Doctrine, Training, Operations, Education and Personnel of the Azerbaijan Naval Infantry Battalion in Baku, Azerbaijan in order to identify training shortfalls and increase the capabilities and effectiveness of the Battalion.
    -Planned and conducted 3 Training and Readiness Review Conferences for the Assault Amphibian, Tank, and Light Armored Reconnaissance communities, developing and validating their training standards and core competencies.  As the sole Representative form the training division, I worked with the Senior Leadership within each community to mainstream training standards and manage training expectations. 

  • 2008-2009 - Mobile Assault Platoon Commander responsible for making crucial and timely tactical decision affecting the safety of 200+ Marines.  Responsible for providing the Senior Officers in-charge of  2,500+ Marines with strategic planning and considerations, risk assessment, embarkation considerations, and logistical operations in regards to all armor employment.

  • 2006-2007 -Tank Platoon Commander serving in Iraq, conducted 160 security patrols; supported over 20 operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Fallujah, Iraq. Ensured the accountability and maintenance of 4 M1A1 Abrams Tanks and associated gear which logged over 1,600 combat hours.  Developed equipment management and inventory system for $16 million worth of equipment with 100% accountability and vehicle readiness.
