Summary

I'm a hard working, reliable and flexible individual who is experienced working within large and small teams, and working autonymously; responsible with managing my own deadlines and schedules. I have experience in managing a small warehouse team, and providing support and compliance monitoring to the delivery drivers who work remotely and those based at the depot. Service Delivery Manager

I have been seconded to the role of service delivery manager since October 2017. My roles with in the position have to manage a in-house team of 10 - 15 people and monitor 120 delivery drivers whilst they are on the road to ensure that key KPIs and delivery targets are met. My  role at the end of the shift was to collate the figures to provide a summary of the day to the rest of the management team.  During this time I have also kept up my responsibilities as a training champion.

Started working in the warehouse loading/unloading 3.5 tonne vehicles & articulated lorries. Moved to behind the administrations desk to help support administration team. Advanced to support shift manager by taking on management responsibilities when manager away on annual leave and training. Progressed to a trusted level within management team and was asked to take on training responsibilities within depot, I became training champion for the depot in 2015 in charge of maintaining train records and booking of training required for members of staff within the depot.

Reliability

I have taken minimal days off due to illness whilst working with Yodel and because of this was I relied upon to cover various shifts and management positions during staff absences and key peak periods e.g. Mothers Day and  Christmas.

Communication skills

I'm capable of effective and clear communications via various means. I'm also a skilled and confident presenter and trainer; I have given and held many training sessions using a variety of mediums with variety of audiences.

Microsoft office packages

I have experience in using the most commonly used office packages in business  environment, and have a working knowledge of the less commonly used packages 

Working to deadlines

I have experience in working to deadlines, and managing my own and coworkers deadlines. 

Ability to learn systems and processes

I am able to learn and understand any different system and processes within a business, enabling me to cover various positions and understand the interaction between departments and shifts.  Utilising the systems I have learnt I have been able to monitor and affect the performance of key clients and performance indicators.
