·Developed and implemented the processes and the system integration with the retail chain and carriers operators- targeting market share, operational efficiencies, sales order throughput and overall cost reduction – estimated benefit USD 10 Million.

·Designed, built and deployed SFA - sales force automation model for the Motorola strategic accounts utilizing Siebel CRM providing visibility across the Motorola businesses – objective to increase the account revenue and profitability – estimated benefit USD 20 Million.

  • Implemented the IT solution for FOB sales (Arrownet and Mainframe) that increased sales 250% in three years.

  • Implemented the HUB / bonded warehouse ( Manaus and Sorocaba) which reduced the replenishment time, improved the time to market and decreased the total cost of ownership – financial benefit of USD 3 Million.
