Vice President of Sales and Marketing

-Develop, implement and execute all marketing, internet/e-commerce promotions, pricing strategy and budgets for emerging WiFi network in Arizona, Texas and Colorado.

-Market Sprint’s 1st generation wireless broadband network under a marketing agreement for Sprint in 14 major markets in the United States. Including the Chicago, Phoenix, the Bay Area and Salt Lake City markets.

-Lead project consultant for CH2MHill on special project for the City of Augusta’s 2008 WiFi Initiative. Wrote business plan, RFP, assisted in selection of equipment vendors and working with city officials on overall WiFi strategy.

-Managed media contacts and press relations for all WiFi and shareholders issues.

-Developed and implemented all consumer and business-to-business pricing and marketing strategic.

-Identified and analyze new marketing and sales opportunities including new city/market acquisition and opportunities.

-General Manager (interim) for 24 square mile deployment of the City of Longmont Colorado WiFi deployment.

-P&L responsibilities for all marketing and sales budget.

-Consult on project basis with independent clients on wireless, WiFi and WiMax marketing, public relations and business case studies.

Major Accomplishments:

-Launched 5 WiFi markets in Arizona, Texas and Colorado in less than12 months.

-Developed and implemented re-launch marketing strategic and tactical vision for Sprint’s Broadband markets in the United States.

-City of Augusta 2008 WiFi initiative, wrote business case/marketing study

-Developed promotions for regional sales force (300+) for all telecommunication products.

-Manage and direct regional marketing staff, operating budgets, sales forecasts, strategic planning, tactical planning, pricing and gross margins, and measurement of sales efforts as well as media and trade contracts.

Major Accomplishments:

-Developed and implemented successful wireless sales to 20-month high.

-Re-launched paging into market group, resulting in 500% increase in paging sales.

-Launched first Internet, long distance and CLEC products in the Carolinas.

-Introduced first Hispanic retail marketing program for ALLTEL

-Launched ”Grand Opened” over 90 retail wireless stores in 8 states and 11 markets.

-Introduced and implemented aggressive price point retail creative into the market place, a first in the wireless industry.
