Andrew C. Orth is originally a Midwesterner from a suburb north of Chicago. After college he spent several years in a sales support role with an architectural engineering firm. The lure of opportunity and adventure brought him to Los Angeles in 2000.He spent close to 10 years affiliated with the commercial real estate publishing industry. In the year of 2010, Andrew began his career with New York Life. As a New York Life Financial Services Professional, Andrew’s focus is on helping clients to develop an ongoing plan of protection that will provide increased financial security over a period of many years. Andrew is a natural leader and is known for his strong interpersonal and organizational skills that brings people together, both in his professional and personal life.

Andrew is married to Shana, a California native and LMU Alumni. In 2014, they celebrated the arrival of their first child, Simone Marie. They reside in Culver City which gives them easy access to enjoy the LA area. Andrew is an enthusiastic team member in local basketball leagues and also enjoys biking and hiking for pleasure. Andrew brought his interest in supporting charity events from his active participation with the Misericordia Foundation in Chicago, to the help he has given as a volunteer and ambassador for the New York Life sponsored nonprofit, Comfort Zone Camp, bereavement program for children.

As publisher and sales manager at Incisive Media, my primary responsibility was new client prospecting and business development. During the seven year period consistent advancement and exceeding annual sales objectives is testament to my natural propensity for sales. Incisive Media is a B2B provider of information for the commercial real estate industry. In addition to Real Estate Forum magazine, Incisive Media publishes several regional publications. The London based company also offers, as well as the RealShare Conference division.
