World Changers

World Changers is an initiative of the North American Mission Board whose goal is to end substandard housing for homeowners by mobilizing youth throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

  • Responsible for creating and developing all media relations and communication for each project city resulting in more than 15 television, radio and print broadcasts for student service projects for more than 1,100 participants in total.
  • Wrote and designed communication pieces (e.g. news releases, project newsletters, blog, etc.)
  • Actualized recruitment initiative through interpersonal communication with program participantsAs Team Leader, responsible for managing team members and actively participated in decision-making with national office
