I’m a rare blend of left-brain analytical and right-brain creative.  I’m a marketer with extensive experience in market research, communications strategy and execution, social media content and management, project management, business analysis, sales support, training and client relationship management.


I’ve successfully measured the communications effectiveness of over 200,000 print and digital advertisements, in over 200 different industry verticals and consumer segments (list:, leading to increased sales and demonstrated ROI.  I’ve managed over 5,000 marketing projects for business and organizations in B2B, B2C, B2G, non-profits, associations, Fortune 100 & 500 companies, small businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups and ad agencies.  I’ve been a manager, a team member, team leader and an independent consultant.  I’ve been a specialist at a major corporation and a jack-of-all-trades at a small company.  This unique background has given me unprecedented insight into how to effectively communicate to targeted audiences from strategy to content development to execution to measurement, using traditional and digital marketing methods – in virtually any industry you can think of!

- Work with businesses on various marketing projects, including email campaigns, social media account creation, social media strategy/management, website updates, content marketing, event (virtual and in-person) marketing, community management/engagement, Google Analytics, and Google & Facebook advertising (PPC) and metrics.

- Social Media Strategist for The August Group (Rochester’s premier professional face-to-face networking organization), driving effective communications, promotion, targeted awareness of programs and collecting voice of field.

- Frequent lecturer and trainer on social media tools and techniques, including panel and webinar participation. Adjunct professor with Monroe Community College and on-site trainer for clients of their Office of Workforce Development, including Fortune 100 companies.

- Work with local ad agency to survey their clients’ customers, gathering information on demographics, purchasing habits, brand awareness, brand perception, media usage and social media preference.

- Led the creation of new product lines for a $1.4M department, including an online methodology, which cut deliverables time by 50% and cut costs by 30%.

- Achieved over 98% on-time delivery rate for 200+ accounts conducting 325+ projects annually (several dozen simultaneously), by successfully executing all aspects of project management from on-boarding to questionnaire development/design to report creation (qualitative and quantitative data) to post-study sales team training.

- Led cross-functional and cross-organizational teams by implementing workflow and marketing plans across two company departments, resulting in organizational efficiencies; directly supervised 10 employees.
