Person in charge for Iberia of the World Wide Channel Services Network Web site (WW - CSN) for Hp Partners and the CERES Application for Hp Engineers
·To assure the perfect functioning of ITRC's Web site and its interaction with different tools like WFM Clarify (Work Flow Management), WW-CSN and CERES.
·Direct attention to business customer (big companies) in the resolution of technical problems, problems of unload of software and / or incidents related to equipments and products of Hp.
·Formation to the big clients on the advantages and applications of ITRC's Web site.
·Advice and attention, before possible technical problems, to Hp Partners in the use of the Web site WW-CSN and to Hp Engineers in the use of the CERES Application.
·Formation to the different areas inside Hp on the use and update of the tools ITRC, WFM, WW-CSN and CERES.
Results and achievements:
-Reduction in the incidents time of resolution of the different tools.
-Major efficiency in the resolution of technical problems related to the Web sites.
-Increase of contracts with big companies on having perceived the added value that contributes the tool ITRC for their business.
-Major fluency in the relation between Partners and Hp to technical level.

·Follow-up and control of orders of big companies (RED.es, Caja Madrid, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation).
·Coordination between Hp's accounts and the Partners to carry out the different facilities of equipments and products.
·Generation and elaboration of the necessary documentation of every project: delivery notes, invoices, minutes of assembly, etc.
·Assistance and advice to big accounts.
·Follow-up and control of the incidents of the Hp equipments in the assigned accounts.
