-Manage 8 to 10 inbound telephone agents that pull credit cards from callers to pay govermental port tax fees for a promotional cruise to the Bahamas.
-Take over calls from agents who have registered a customer in order to upgrade packages.
-Train the agents on my team with pro polishes and on the job training.
-Evaluate the performance of agents on my team concerning productivity, attendace, compatabilty with co workers, and willingness to be coached
