Key Accountabilities: Financial/Monetary: (Revenue/Cost): Manage the CAPEX and OPEX related to the systems under custody as well as approve the due payments to the project manages by own team against the deliverables. Customer/Client: (Internal/External): Deliver and complete all deliverables with defect ration lower that the department level. Suppliers/Venders: (Regulators/Others): Handle the one to one vender relationship / management Manage vender maintenance activities Follow up vender’s contract and billing Evaluate vender performance People/Employee: (Unit/Bank wide): Provide leadership and coaching to team members Improve teamwork among system team Rotate and clear key man dependency Internal Processes/Practices: (productivity/Quality/Compliance/Reporting) Monitor the delivery of all ongoing and new project and initiate corrective action when delays occur related to the systems under my supervision Ensure that all releases defects are continuously monitored and minimized.
