B2B Director Western Europe & Africa
- P&L responsibility for European and African countries. That includes all budgeting, forecasting and reporting to HQ. 2009 responsibility for 100 mln. euro revenues.
- Managing and organizing all sales activities within countries unde direct responsibility
- Finalize sales and delivery of product portfolio. Main customers are: Mobile Network Operators, Handset manufacturer, Media, Consumer Brands.
- Sales organization is a direct one, made of 4 sales manager resident in different countries: each of them is working with team from 2 to 5 people.
- Build up from scratch a new commercial organization within European countries.
- Launched new business in Slovakia, Austria, Sweden, Italy and UK: overall turnover about 80mln. euro.
