Abe I. Bohrer is a flight attorney and founder of Mr. Bohrer has been practicing law in New York and New Jersey since 1991 and regularly appears in the state and federal courts in both states.

A a flight lawyer experienced in all aspects of aviation accident and disaster litigation, Mr. Bohrer has represented the families of persons injured or killed in the loss of commercial, private jet and propeller aircraft, as well as passengers injured during almost all aspects of flight and boarding from emergency evacuations to flight attendant inflicted injuries. He has successfully litigated claims against American, Delta, Continental, El Al Israel, Air Jamaica, Korean Air, Alitalia, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, Tower Air, US Airways and others.

Mr. Bohrer is among the only airplane accident attorneys in the entire United States to have successfully tried to verdict a case involving the treaty known as the Warsaw Convention which governs international commercial air travel. This landmark decision scored a major victory for airline passengers’ rights under the Convention.

Mr. Bohrer was chosen by his peers as a New York "Super Lawyer" from 2007-2011, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in their field of expertise. In 2009 he was chosen to the list of Top 100 attorneys in the entire New York Metro area.
