Use customer information pulled from CRM and Oracle systems to send marketing bulletins, releases and other company information to customers via e-communications.  This requires expertise in html and dreamweaver to develop eblasts that maintain our brand standards.  Data, target lists and various reports are ran through this system to develop strategic marketing campaigns. 

CRM (Customer Relationships Management)

Use CRM customer management software on a daily basis to perform a variety of tasks.  These tasks include updating customer contact information, uploading customer photos to increase relationships with our customers, viewing customer quarterly and annual sales for marketing use and running a variety of reports.
