Screening and Interviewing potential candidates

While Program Manager at Health Fitness, I had the opportunity to start up a new program at my clients site in Albuquerque, NM. There, I took part in the implementation of a Group Fitness program and had the responsibility of hiring instructors and organizing a schedule for the site.   Along with coordinating employees for the Albuquerque site, I also screened and interviewed candidates for an on-call employee list which I generated for other client sites in the Boston area.     I also screened, interviewed, and managed between 10-15 employees at my client site.
