Abiola Kazeem is a co-anchor for HITV Live Studios of the English premiership and Champions League. He is also a Co-anchor of Uefa Champions League Focus and Sports Vista airing on simulteanously in Nigeria and the UK on the Sky Platform.
He has reported from the scene of some of the biggest events in the African football calendar including the African Football Nations Cup 2008,held in Accra, The 2008 Jay Jay Okocha Testimonial held in Warri, Delta state. Abiola has also covered the two recent Glo CAF awards nomination events held in Lagos Nigeria.
Abiola has talked to many of the leading lights in African football, gaining a unique insight into how African football is evolving, having interviewed football personalities including JayJay Okocha, El-Hadji Diouf,Junior Agogo,Sulley ali Muntari,Benjani Nwariwari,Anthony Baffoe, Kanu Nwankwo, John Mikel Obi, Osaze Odemwingie and rising young star,Victor Obinna Nsofor.. As well as contemporary figures, he has interviewed a host of African sport administrators including Nigerian Football Federation President, Sanni Lulu.
Abiola's work has not been confined solely to television, and he has contributed to international football publications including a feature in the June 2008 edition of Inside United, the official Manchester United magazine and research projects for articles published on goal.com and the UEFA Champion League Magazine.In addition to reporting sports, he has also featured on Joy FM and Asempa FM based in Accra Ghana.Prior to his work with HITV, he was a co-presenter on Mundial Sports International(MSI) and the African sports Show both on Nigerian Network Television.
His interest in using sports to create and leverage brand building opportunities has led to his acquiring additional training in Brand marketing at the prestigious Orange Academy Lagos and a course in Creative Enterprise, a course he did on partial scholarship from the British Council and facilitated by the Pan Afgrican University Lagos and the UNiverssity of Glamorgan, Wales.
Abiola can be described as a mass communication professional with a strong base in sports media and a passion for brand communication.He earned a Bachelors degree with honours in Mass Communication from a leading University in Nigeria where he studied Broadcast Journalism, Advanced Feature writing and editing for broadcast media.He has captained an undergraduate football team while in university.
Abiola who also works as head of strategy at Elev8 Brand Communications is passionate about exploring the use of new media to cater for the growing gravitation by young people towards the web and using sports and the many opportunities it presents to build strong brands.

The two shows aired on Africa Independent Television, Nigeria largest privately owned televsion network. I shared responsibilties for ensuring that scripting, footages, graphics and presentation on the shows meet the highest standards possible.Our commitment to quality ensured that the show had one of the highest ratings for a sports show in Nigeria.
