I am an currently a high potential consultant at my branch doing management duties in the absence of the branch manager or assistant branch manager which includes staff planning, delegation of duties and client complaints. I have learnt the value of integrity, honesty and hard work how to plan task and execute within given deadlines. During my time as a 2IC our branch manager was 2 months absent wich gave me the opportunity to take control and implement new action plans to curb stock loss and effective planning thats eased branch flow. I also had the opportunity to open a new branch and conduct new employees. Skills Used ● Using my own initiative to implement new action plans. ● Taking the leadership role to stand out and was chosen to open a new branch.
