Recruitment & Selection-

·   Handling entire Blue Collar Recruitment, Selection and Placement (Temporary, Contractual Manpower) across the plant – Assembly , Body Shop, Paint Shop and White Collar recruitment for departments like Planning, Maintenance (Up to Manager Level)

·   Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

·   Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

·   Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database

·   Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.

·   Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.

·   Handling the Vendors- Providing feedback to the vendors of the candidates rejected/Selected.

·   Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

·   Ensuring Onboarding Formalities for all new Employees.

·   Organizing orientation / induction program for acquainting the new joiners with the functioning of their respective departments.

·   Coordinate with training department for training related activities.  

Plant HRC-

·   Help Desk – Timely resolved queries of Team Members Like, Address proof, salary slips, And Income tax etc.

·   Part of team to bring improvement in engagement activities Like, Family visit, birthday celebration etc.

·   Separation – Ensuring Smooth separation of floating manpower for body shop production.

·   ERC Meetings arrangement- Meeting Request, Mom, Agenda etc.

·   Timely support to payroll team for collecting Investment declaration, Leave card distribution, Medical reports and card distribution, submission of festival advance application and collecting PAN details and UID numbers, etc.

Statutory compliances-

·   Ensuring one time document for the new contractor.

·   Issuing Bar code to the contractor.

·   Support in Statutory compliance Audit.

·   Prepare and communicate various Letters like, Advisory letter, Warning letter, show cause letter etc.

·   Amendment in Certificate of Registration (Form II) under CLRA Act.

·   Issue the Form V under CLRA Act to Service Provider for issuing the Labour License.
