o Ability to plan, applying organization targets to work programs which can achieve objective goals of Top Managements.
o Ability to manage work team effectively to reach the target or aimed aims with least time and cost.
o Organizing and assigning tasks to appropriate individuals as well as coordinating with them to avoid works intervention.
o Communicating, orienting and control to assure following up prepared plans and repairing derivations, If any.
o Preparing practical and clear report whether summed or detailed reports. o Full knowledge of human resources management and its planning as per practical methods and preparing required studies and researches to identify current and future needs of human resources required to organization
. o Full knowledge of training methods for human resources, methods of determining organization requirements and required training programs for individuals and designing programs as per structure and individuals’ needs.
o Having principals of organization development. Second: Other Skills Communication skills and building good relationships with others. (Due to my media work as reporter for Al – Ekhbariya channel – national TV- for five years).
Good command of both written and spoken English language as a result of specialization. Analyzing, criticizing, sharing ideas and work with teamwork.
Preparing studies and scientific researches which could help organization. Analyzing results of studies and researches scientifically and statistically.
Using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for researches. Excellent at speaking and writing Arabic Language.
Good command of computer usage and following up modern technologies.
Renewable ambition, pursuing to make constructive social relationship and communicating with others. Continual desire in developing myself and others.
