*Moniter all front office and housekeeping staff work(Daily Task).
*Responsible for efficient and courteous communication with guest for all arrive and departure procedure.
*Responsible to providing courteous telephone for service as well and providing guest information on hotel facilities
*Supervises all reception function with special attention to the reservation aspect room allocation with travel agent,internet booking and telephone booking
*Handling the cashiering for lodging,recreation activities,etc
*Handling OTA(extranet online)
*Prepare night audit report and run hotel system
*Prepare hotel comparison
*Do night audit
