• Maintain General Ledger and fixed assets ledger in the system
• Post accounting Journals for book-keeping
• Process and assist in making payments in the system
• Monitor Invoice Tracker, Cash position, actual versus budget cost, and re-payment of loans in the system
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation monthly
• Make cash call request with company
• Coordinate in Investing access funds
• Prepare quarterly financial statements
