  • EPC OIL EXPORT PIPELINE BADRA-GHARRAF (Phase-I) AT BADRA OIL FIELD - (CPPE–MOTT MCDONALDS- GAZPROM NEFT - PETRONAS)

 The Garraf Light Oil Transportation system will be developed in two (2) Phases:

The pipeline will be built primarily to cater for first oil production from Badra Central Processing Facility (CPF) in year 2013. PCIHBV will build an approximately 96 km pipeline that starts from Garraf-Badra Tie in Area (GBTA) and ends at a designated tie-in coordinate at Badra Tank Farm (BTF). This will be a continuation of 165 Km pipeline from Badra CPF built by another party (GAZPROM).

  • EPC OIL EXPORT PIPELINE BADRA-GHARRAF (Phase-I) AT BADRA OIL FIELD - (CPPE–MOTT MCDONALDS- GAZPROM NEFT - PETRONAS)

  • EPC FOR Missan Crude Oil Export Pipeline Project (MOEP)

This project consists of 272 km onshore export crude oil pipeline development in Iraq. Missan Crude Oil Export Pipeline (MOEP) Project is from Junction Point (JP).

Pigging Station to FAO Terminal Pigging Station is divided into two sections (A & B).

Section A: Halfaya to Bin Umr Section (Pipeline Diameter 42’’, 125 km long).

Section B: Bin Umr to Fao Section (Pipeline Diameter 42’’, 147 km long).

  • EPC FOR FCP Gas Export Pipeline Project

This project consists of export pipeline is approximately 100 km. 20” pipeline will extend from CPF to the downstream side of the Shatt Al Arab HDD section where pipeline converts to 24” non-NACE via 20”×24” Pipeline expander. Five (5) RTU block valve stations will be installed along export pipeline.

  • Central Processing Facilities (CPF2):

Project is to develop the No. 2 Central Processing Facilities (CPF2) and the relative facilities to achieve additional production of 100,000 BOPD which was define as Halfaya Project Surface Facility phase two.

Responsibilities

  • review of structural drawings included analysis and design of concrete and steel structures, pipe supports, pipe racks, platforms, equipment foundation, fire water pump house, substation, control building, drawings productions, connections design,
  • define the foundation type,
  • responsible of PMC coordination / EPC Team for the engineering design
  • Providing support to construction team.
  • Resolving and responding to technical queries from contractors.
  • Identify & analyses design changes & modify design drawings & documents accordingly.
  • Participating in contractor corrective actions and ensuring resolution of nonconformities.
  • Provide technical assistance to Civil Inspectors.
  • Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.
  • Involved in proposals to provide man-hour & cost estimation.
  • Visiting project sites for information, analysis and project related activities.
  • Responsible for designing and development of Architectural, Civil & Structural drawings as per project specifications and client standards.
  • Responsible to ensure Designers are compliant with relevant engineering standards, codes, and procedures.
  • Checking Drawing with internal check list and produce drawings with highly standard & professionally.
  • Coordinating with other discipline engineers like MEP, HVAC, Piping, Instrumentations and Water Engineers for information for executions of multi disciplinary projects.
