  • Supporting Epsilon for its Customer Requirements Advertising Campaigns thereby Building templates within specified TAT (Turn Around Time) to meet the client requirements along with list segmentation from provided huge databases.
  • Sending reports (List segmentations, Click through, delivered & SPAM reports) to clients before & after scheduling Campaigns. Worked as a part of Epsilon - Quality improvement initiatives, where we are focusing on error detection, and RCA - root causes analysis & error elimination at the root level for all the campaigns.
