• Issue emergency purchase Order to vendor for special case

• Monitor the delivery from Vendor.

• Report in daily internal operation meeting

• Handle Customer concern, complaint and incoming discrepancy

• Negotiate with vendor on the ETA and delivery method specially for overseas vendor.

• Attend meeting on part issue, vendor problem and quality issue.
