- Engaging with the Member firms and functional leadership to build eminence for the Nerve center (NC) and ensuring optimum utilization of the NC
- Managing the qualifications and subject matter specialist database on hot topics.
- Continuously engaging with Partners / Proposal / Pursuit Managers for evaluation and approvals of qualifications.
- Supporting Pursuit/Proposals Managers and Global Account Managers in terms of identifying right set qualifications, practice profiles, helping them connect with Subject Matter Specialist to be presented to the prospective client.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing activities and accomplishments through ROI tracking, reporting and provide insights to the leadership teams.
- Managing the Nerve Center Mail box, and ensuring that Partners/Proposals Managers / Account Managers / get response and timely help for their request.
- Developing the prioritizing frame work for managing the workflow and assignments / projects.
- Follow up and track the Progress of the proposals (Win / Loss) for developing reports which eventually be shared with the Partners.
