Medical Doctor with an interest in Critical Care, Medical Education, Social Media and the interactions between healthcare  and technology. I have several years of experience working in teams both professionally, and through various  volunteer initiatives. I’ve taken opportunities to be actively involved in research, and have enjoyed presenting at a number of medical conferences.

Assist students in understanding principles of physiology through instruction and demonstration. Evaluate students and provide feedback so as to further facilitate learning.

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology

Worked in collaboration with other team members (e.g. Scientists) to provide medical diagnostic services in the field of microbiology.

Had a responsibility for preparing specimens for further analysis via the correct allocation of specimens and the use of appropriate tests (e.g. gram stains, enrichment broths and so on). This required a knowledge of suitable tests, methods of specimen identification and the appropriate equipment to utilise.

Worked directly with IT Manager and other support staff, in managing the Information Technology systems within the John Holland workplace.

As part time IT Support, I performed hardware and software installations and provided a high-level of customer care, technical support and problem solving to Queensland and Northern Territory Regions.
