Associate Director, Continuing Education
Promoted to position to provide leadership and further expand Towson University's Continuing Education and Professional Studies unit. Directed my team in all aspects of program advancement, including course development and enhancement, marketing and recruitment, community outreach, business development relationships, and instructor and staff development. Managed self-support budgets up to $700K and orchestrated price modeling, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment when embarking onto new program development. Key Contributions:
- Increased revenue generated from our continuing education programs by over 30% via strategic government and private sector partnerships.
- Increased enrollment of U.S. veterans and active duty personnel by over 20% by attaining approval to receive Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits and becoming our department's School Certifying Official (SCO).
- Headed initiative to increase our digital marketing efforts through website enhancement, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online ad-buys, which resulted in over 300% increase in online digital impact as reported by Google Analytics.
- Successfully formulated and implemented a Corporate Partnership Program to better align with industry and workforce needs, through customized programs tailored to organizations.
