Sales and Technical Support Representative
During my time with FCR I worked on three clients performing various technical support and customer service tasks which included: call/chat/email inbound support.
Two of the three clients I supported were for Bluetooth wearable devices as well as iOS/Android app troubleshooting. The last client I most recently supported was for a company that manufactures Solid State Drives and Computer Random Access Memory Modules.
- Answer Inbound Calls/Chats/Emails
- Log calls/Note accounts
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of current procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and leads when unable to meet the customers needs when unable to provide a resolution via standard policy or processes.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations and Make Good Exceptions
