During my time with FCR I worked on three clients performing various technical support and customer service tasks which included: call/chat/email inbound support.

Two of the three clients I supported were for Bluetooth wearable devices as well as iOS/Android app troubleshooting.  The last client I most recently supported was for a company that manufactures Solid State Drives and Computer Random Access Memory Modules.

Peer Support Specialist

Options for Southern Oregon

I worked as a Peer Support Specialist under the WRAP project on the Children Resources Team (CRT). My job was to meet with the youth I worked with, help them identify personal needs and strengths and for me to seek out community resources to help accomplish their goals and meet their needs. It was also part of my job to advocate for the youth in terms of their mental health treatment and to make sure their voice was heard during the child and family team meeting that would take place with the family and all other service providers involved. I was also required to take part in a weekly internal staff meeting regarding the families we worked with as well as to collaborate with my fellow team members and therapists to better treat the families we worked with.
