I lead the recruiting efforts for a start-up software consultancy managing a team of internal Technical Recruiters and external recruiting consultants. I developed a custom recruiting process designed to filter-in quality Software Engineering professionals of various disciplines, doubled our team in 10 months and led several HR initiatives surrounding the improvement of existing benefits and attracting new employees. In addition to this I advised Management and Executive teams on performance management, dispute resolution, and process training.
I worked daily with C-Level executives and frequently interfaced with clients to better understand consultant needs, and advised on best practices to recruit and retain the best talent. I work with data, constantly, and have created several reporting dashboards and utilized data visualization products like Tableau and PowerBI to better understand how we can improve our recruiting practice.
