Xactly is the market leader in on-demand sales performance management.

Co-lead product management efforts for Xactly's flagship cloud-based Incent product serving enterprise-class businesses.  

Design and communicate new products with internal teams, developers and customers by building and iterating rich prototypes for web and mobile utilizing Sketch and InVision on a daily basis. 

Overhauled and modernized the UX of existing areas of the flagship product as well as introduced several new core functions which help enterprise customers expedite processing for their businesses.

Define product logic and capture pixel level requirements for up to three agile teams for web-based and iOS based features which plug into the broader calculation ecosystem. 

Helped craft, establish and adhere to the cross-product UX style guide with designers and other product managers.

(NASDAQ: FNGN) Financial Engines is a provider of portfolio management services to participants in employer-sponsored 401k plans.

Managed, iterated and supported the three main online products serving over 3mm customers with over $100B in assets.

Led major redesign projects including the transformation of the “Add Account” experience to unplug UX bottlenecks and increase trust with users handing over sensitive account data.

Led visual design, information architecture, vendor management, user testing, detailed requirements gathering, training and launch support for major initiatives. 

Established new processes to communicate, train and rollout new products from 11 agile teams  by collaborating with the company's institutional partners (JPM, ING, Vanguard, Fidelity, Aon Hewitt).

Venture Church is one of the largest mega-churches in Silicon Valley with 3.5k+ members.

Measured members’ evolving sentiment and demographics by conducting interviews, surveys and focus groups  to support the broader church strategy.

Designed, prototyped  and presented site and information architecture after researching and prioritizing needs, creating personas, deriving top use-cases, wire-framing and translating previous website’s usage metrics.

Coordinated with over 30 department leaders to identify, prioritize and translate communication objectives for the targeted congregation demographic.

Successfully designed and launched the product by leading fund raising, product strategy and product design efforts and and by hiring an offshore development team.

Memocast is the Hulu for Russian speakers living in the U.S.

Spearheaded digital marketing initiatives across email, print and all major search engines to grow Memocast from 0 to 1.5mm impressions a month from 50,000+ monthly. 

Consulted the executive team and supported the content acquisitions strategy by researching online movie consumption, buying behavior and competitor pricing strategies.

Lead user-experience and user-interaction iteration initiatives by gathering and analyzing key performance usage metrics through Google Analytics to improve retention and conversion of free to paid members by 20% (each).
