I started as a sales person in 2010, worked my way up the management ladder by moving to Wichita, Ks. and becoming a store assistant manager in 2012. In 2013 I Moved to Tulsa, Ok. as a store manager. I later got another Promotion and Moved to Wichita, Ks. and now moved to Northwest, Ar.  to help another store.


  • Create a sales force by active recruting and chamber of commerce meetings monthly to understand local business.
  • Control and manage 1.5 million dollar inventory.  Manage all ording on what was popular and control my planogram to its most effective state.  
  • Lead my sales force and build a store to become a top store in the company.
  • Cashflow control, along with finance managing of the store.

I started as a customer service sales representive for about one year, and worked my way up to a shift leader, later became a campaign Manager.  I loved this job. I worked on a team of about 35 callers, myself and another manager were incharge of sales tasks.


  • Sales training and focus groups daily to meet and exceed goals set by CEO.
  • Manage scheduling of entire staff on my campaign, and doing reviews with CSR to ensure proficiency and quality salesmanship.
  • In direct charge of hitting goals for team and campaign on a daily, weekly, and monthly setting.

Started out as a part time sales person with this company.  I quickly found out that i was very good at talking and building rapport with the everyday person.  I went to work full time and quickly became top 5 in my company of sales in the first full year although the first six months i was only part time.  I was approached about management from a district manager.  I moved to Springfield, Mo. for a assistant manager job.  I later Moved to Cincinaniti, Oh.  to be a store manager


  • Control sales for an entire store and set goals and hit goals to keep up with margins.
  • Create a team atmosphere, build a strong sales team, teach train and followup on all sales duties.
  • Manage a $500,000 inventory. 
  • Bring in new management to take my job and train managers for other locations
