DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work as Team Leader during S&OP meeting. Ensure that all issue related to assigned category is discuss and highlight with corresponding group (Trade, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Regulatory, Finance) during the meeting. • Ensure that all FG stocks are covered and within the agreed inventory level at any given time regardless if there’s promotional activity. • Work closely with toll manufacturer to ensure that production schedule are met on time and that all expected FG’s will be available when needed. • Making sure that raw and packaging materials are completely available just in time it is needed in the toll manufacturer for production. • Ensure to submit order and forecast of all imported FG’s and RM’s to imported suppliers. • Strictly monitor near expiry stocks (NEX) have it known by assigned Product manager and discuss what will be the disposition. • Work closely with distribution team in allocating stocks to distributors and resolving other customer issues.
