Business Development PT. Dirgantara Indonesia(Indonesian Aerospace)-Bandung, West Java-Indonesia Managed and technical lead numerous Engineering Services projects simultaneously within budgetary restrictions. Managed among technical expertises and other business related persons including upper management in order to finish project for customer satisfactions purposes. Conducted Indonesia's ADS-B Implementation Task Force who have good relationship with industry stakeholders and stand-in teamwork among team members. Conducted Business Development, Analysis, and Feasibility for Technology and Engineering Services related projects. Directed as Business Group Manager for System Integration who manage and coordinate the Engineering Team. Provided Consultations to DGCA for Indonesia Air Navigation Service Provider. Conducted Business Development works in the Airport and Air Traffic related projects

Consultant ICAO-Luanda-Angola Reviewed existing regulations and conducted gap analysis on the CNS components of the regulations. Developed draft regulations. Conducted workshop with stakeholders for review and familiarization. Collected material from ICAO and other industry sources for certification of ANS(Air Navigation Service). Developed Inspector Manuals, Procedures and Checklists for certification of ANS with reference to the CNS components of the updated regulations. Established Inspector Manuals, Procedures and Checklists for continuous surveillance of ANS & oversight. Completed Workshop for INAVIC ANS inspectors on documents prepared. Provided business analysis, capacity development, and strategic consulting for the Angola's Future Air Navigation Service Provider(ANSP).

Engineer-Sao Jose dos Campos, Sao Paulo-BRASIL Established requirements & allocation, CNS/ATM compliance matrices, support testing and certification of aircraft. Directed as part of EMBRAER CNS/ATM Planning Team and established the EMBRAER's CNS/ATM Roadmap & the EMBRAER's CNS/ATM Functional Description Document. Established technical evaluation with the Embraer's ERJ-145, ERJ-170, and ERJ-190 avionics groups, partner, suppliers, Aviation Authority, and other certification bodies/International Organization(FAA, JAA, Eurocontrol, and ICAO). Monitored, analyzed, and make detail evaluation on the CNS/ATM requirements and established the related avionics impacts. Established the RNP/RNAV evaluation and RNP Approach test and certification documentations. Advised the customer in developing systems/subsystem specifications. Analyzed of avionics and subsystems including system threat, computer systems, interfaces, multiplex bus communications, identify potential issues and/or areas of improvement.

Aerospace R&D Engineer Established Avionics System Analysis, CNS/ATM Compliance, FMS evaluation, Design Requirements, Safety Analysis, Aircraft Performance, Integration, Test, Certification Plan and Airworthiness Preparation. Established System Analysis and Engineering Design for Avionics Mission Systems installation on the CN-235-220 Maritime Patrol Aircraft. Developed software for Airborne SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) signal and image acquisition. Conducted Aerospace R&D activities for Satellite Dynamics System Control, and evaluation for Indonesian Aeronautical Navigation Satellite System(ANSS) project.
